Alliance Practitioners

Alan Sheppard, CPO

Alan Sheppard is a native Texan with over 15 years experience in the orthotic and prosthetic field. Alan graduated in 1996 from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center with his Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Alan is board certified in both prosthetics and orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC). Alan has also been licensed by the Texas Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics since 2003. Alan’s compassion and empathy are expressed through the quality of his care as well as the satisfaction from his patients. Alan specializes in both prosthetic and orthotic lower extremity care for pediatrics and adults.

Phyllis McNiel, CPO

Phyllis McNiel is a native Texan with over 15 years experience in the orthotic and prosthetic field. Phyllis graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University. She received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 1995. Phyllis is board certified in both prosthetics and orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC) and has been licensed by the Texas Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics since 2001. Phyllis’ devotion to helping others combined with her years of experience in the field has made her a practitioner that always provides the highest level of patient care. Phyllis specializes in lower extremity orthotic and prosthetic care for both pediatrics and adults.
